My
Story
I battled chronic lower back pain and sciatica for nearly a year. It became so debilitating that I had to stop working, dancing, and relied on painkillers daily. While physiotherapy and yoga offered some relief, I often felt stuck in a never-ending cycle of progress and setbacks. Everything changed when I discovered Pilates, focusing on strengthening my stabilizer muscles in the core and glutes while mobilizing my spine and pelvis. After a few months of consistent practice, I began experiencing pain-free days, and it felt like I was finally reclaiming my life. Regaining the full function of my body was life-changing and motivated me to share this movement system for injury recovery with others. Through my journey, I’ve learned that consistency is essential. A regular Pilates practice helps the body relearn proper movement patterns, activating the right muscles to stabilize joints, reduce or eliminate pain, and restore freedom in both the body and mind.
